hing potato curry



Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp Kesarishalya Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1–2 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil,salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

How to Make hing potato curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing.
  2. Add chopped green chilies and diced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle turmeric and salt, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add ½ cup water, cover, and cook until potatoes are soft.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
